30-DAY EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Ambal Garments, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and share clear photos of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.

Return and exchange requests should be initiated through WhatsApp. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved exchanges will normally be dispatched within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.
